John "Johnny" Greenall is an English former professional rugby league footballer of the 1920s who at representative level has played for Great Britain, and England, and at club level for St. Helens Recs, playing at Stand-off/Five-eighth, i.e. number 6.
Johnny Greenall won caps for England while at St. Helens Recs in 1923 against Wales (2 matches), and won a cap for Great Britain while at St. Helens Recs in 1922 against Australia.[1]
